Breathe & Be Still IN PERSON CLASS Dates of class 8th Jan 15th Jan 22nd Jan 29th Jan 5th Feb 12th Feb Breathe & Be Still is a breathing based class to help improve mental and physical health. During the class we feel our way into coping mechanisms / practices to help relieve stress, anxiety and tension that maybe showing up in our day-to-day actions such as short tempered, sleepless nights or by way of showing in the body in underlying ailments such as IBS, backaches, shortness of breath. This class focuses not just on the physical movements of yoga. There will be a 80% focus on Pranayama (breathing), meditation and relaxation practices, and a 20% focus on Asana (the physical yoga stretches & movements) Breathe & Be Still is an antidote to a busy life. A class which offers more practices to soothe feelings of stress & over-whelm, and to help quieten the mind through guided meditation practices, allowing us to down regulating the nervous system, as well as offering the opportunity to stretch out tight and tired muscles. **Missed classes from the course** If you ever miss a class from the course, please do accept the invitation to attend either, my live online Sunday Slow Yoga Flow class or the Wednesday Yoga Slowly and meditation in Hatfield
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your regular yoga class, 24hours notice is required. To cancel or reschedule a workshop, or yoga retreat day, 48hours notice is required. To cancel or reschedule a yoga retreat, please contact me for the retreat cancellation policy.
