Yoga Slowly & Meditation is a 6 week in person course Howe Dell Community Hall, The Runway, Hatfield AL10 9AH Dates for the course as follows: 8th Jan 15th Jan 22nd Jan 29th Jan 5th Feb 12th Feb Who is Yoga Slowly for? This course is perfect for those wishing to progress their yoga & meditation practice after attending a beginner's course. Those returning to yoga after time away from the mat For those simply feeling a little rusty and want to give yoga a try. If you are recovering from an injury or have a medical issue to consider when practicing movement. Or if you’re looking for a less-demanding practice, This slow yoga practice equally strengthens and stretches, increasing flexibility and repairing muscles that are in need of care. There will be no hurry to finish a sequence, it’s all about allowing yourself and your body to explore movement to encourage longevity and body, mind maintenance while stimulating blood and lymphatic flow, warming and mobilizing the joints and improving the flow of energy through the body and dissolve muscular and mental tension. **Missed classes from the course?** If you ever miss a class from the course, please do accept the invitation to attend either, my live online Sunday Slow Yoga Flow class or my Thursday Yoga Flow class in St Albans.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your regular yoga class, 24hours notice is required. To cancel or reschedule a workshop, or yoga retreat day, 48hours notice is required. To cancel or reschedule a yoga retreat, please contact me for the retreat cancellation policy.
